• The balance must be paid in full within ninety (90) days of the date on invoice.
• Merchandise must be picked up or delivered within a week of being paid in full.
• Any merchandise not paid in full by the ninetieth day will no longer be held.
• Layaways can be cancelled at any time before the nineteenth day; however a $50 cancelation fee will apply. A refund will be issued within ten (10) business days less the cancelation fee.
• Cancelations made after the nineteenth day - all deposits and payments will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit. The in-store credit must be redeemed within one year of the issue date.
