What is the minimum lease term?  Minimum is three (3) months on rental furniture.  Shorter lease terms are available at a fifty (50%) percent increase in the rental amount.
Rent to own furniture is brand new and requires a (5) month minimum lease.

When can we expect delivery?  Delivery days are Monday through Friday.  Upon approval of your application, you can expect delivery within 48 hours.

Is there a purchase option?  Yes. We offer a (12) or (15) month rent to own program. We also sell brand new furniture at retail prices.

Is there an early purchase option on Rent to Own furniture?  Yes, you may pay your account off early and receive a 10% discount on your balance.

What is the minimum account I can open?  $25.00 on a three (3) month lease $37.50 on a one month lease for rental furniture. Brand new Rent to Own furniture is based on a (5) month lease and a $50.00 minimum

Can I rent by the piece?  Yes.  As long as the rental amount meets the minimum of $25.00 or $37.50, Rent to Own has a minimum of $50.00.

Will my furniture be brand new?  Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee brand new furniture for rent.  However, Rent to Own furniture is guaranteed brand new.

How much does is cost to deliver the furniture?  Delivery is free on rental furniture however there is a pick-up fee of $50.00 that is paid as part of your initial payment. A $50.00 delivery and set up fee is required for Rent to Own furniture.

Do I have to have credit to rent furniture?  All applications are reviewed on an individual basis in some cases a security deposit or co-signer may be required.
